LICENSED COMMERCIAL SHOOT FEES

Full day - £800 for up to 20 retouched shots

(Additional shots @ £50 each).

Half day - £500 for up to 10 retouched shots

(Additional shots @ £50 each).

VAT is not chargeable. Additional charges are recoverable for travel, specialist equipment hire, accommodation, parking and assistant (when required).

Retouching includes full tone and colour balancing and basic cosmetic clean up. Additional larger “structural” changes charged at £50 per hour.

Standard retouching time is within 2 weeks of shoot unless agreed otherwise. Priority for key shots to be completed first can be arranged at time of edit.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

First time clients will be required to pay a 50% to confirm booking and 50% balance to receive final images.
Copyright remains with photographer unless otherwise agreed. Client is entitled to use the images how they like, for as long as they like.
Fees are for commissioning client only – third party usage should first gain permission from photographer, if copyright is not bought by the client.
Full copyright buyout = +50% of fees.
Travel days charged at £300 /day.
Flights over 6 hours should be in Business Class.
Cancellations less than 3 days before shoot are charged at 50% shoot fee.
Unretouched raw files or low res preview jpegs are not available to the client unless copyright is purchased.
After retouched files are handed in, it is the client’s responsibility to back them up.
